Step 1 - Look at the number of servings on the label.

Step 2 - Calculate the number months that one bottle will supply. For example, if the serving size of one bottle is 30 then it will provide a 1-month supply.

Step 3 - Choose the appropriate delivery frequency to ensure you do not run out of your supply. For the example above, you would choose a 1-month delivery in order to receive one bottle every month (or every 30 days)
